Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders within Pakistan.
COD orders may require confirmation through WhatsApp before dispatch.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Orders that cannot be confirmed may be placed on hold or cancelled.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD parcels, false delivery information, or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in COD being restricted for future orders.
Delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and reachable contact number.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Returned products must meet our return eligibility requirements.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was incorrect or damaged due to an error on our part.
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval after the returned item is received.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests made before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Eisela is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
